P8201862.JPGThe event was the NAPA Night of Fire! The raceway was buzzing with excitement–the bleachers full of spectators. Pictured here is Don Harter who began racing in the 60’s. In the 70’s he began flying and in 1979 began flying medical flights with the first organ transplant flown in 1983. The fellow on the left is a recipient of a heart flown in 2004 by Don Harter. By 1993 Don, and his two sons, Shane and Justin were pursuring racing.
