Noticing that the Northwest had an abundance of wild turkeys, I was curious when this came about. Because I didn’t remember these giant birds when I was growing up it was interesting to find out that it has been in only recent years that they have been introduced into our state. Maybe hunters are enjoying them, but these birds are noisy and dirty! I was told they don’t taste all that good either!
