Japanese Gardens

Fall at Duncan Gardens
The drive through Manito Park was good for the soul! Duncan Gardens are clean and well manicured, ready for spring planting.
Lovely Lavendar
It is always a nice surprise to brush up against a plant, get a slight whiff of something pleasant, and realize it was a lavendar plant. How lovely! Most varieties are in bloom now and the color purple reigns!

The sunken gardens are beginning to fill in with color! It’s always an ongoing process in the summer to see how the flowers continue to grow and create an extraordinary picture.
